How can I make a booking?

Just contact us via e-mail: info@rent4kids.ee and we will get back to you shortly with available dates.

What is your policy for damaged products?

Don't worry. The deposit will cover the cost. Just let us know if something happens. The deposit will be returned after 14 days after we receive the rental back and have time to inspect and clean it. 

Which payment methods do you accept?

We will invoice you 7 days before the start of your booking or you can pay on the spot with cash.

Where can I pick up the gear?

It is up to you. 

Option 1: you can pick it up in person in Tallinn, Kristiine

Option 2: you can pick it up from the locker in Tallinn D terminal or Tallinn Airport for an additional fee of 5-10€

 

In any case, let us know in advance your preference. 

How is the gear cleaned?

Cleanliness and safety are our top priorities. We understand that babies' immune systems are still developing and that you as parents or grandparents rightfully expect clean, sanitized products. Our rentals are inspected and deep cleaned after every pickup and then inspected and sanitized with non-toxic again before the next delivery.
